Hi to every one at Linus forums, new member here and first post.

Like many of you out there, I started mining Bitcoins when the price first started to rise from 30 dollars. Now I have never seen anything heat up my card like mining does, I was constantly at 80+ Celsius.

To solve this problem I mounted my old H50 onto my 7950 with a bracket from this site Link I did have mine custom made, to support a 120mm fan instead of the stock 92 size.

I am now getting load temps (furmark/mining) of 46-50C at stock voltage (1.030) and load temps of 60-65C at 1.130 Vcore. My video card used to get up to 70-85C at stock, the 90-100C mark at 1.1 so I am very happy with the results.

Getting the card ready for the H50.

The size of the H50 pump made it so I had to do something with my sound card, and going without was not an option. I solved this by getting a pci expansion cable, and mounting it into the +1 I/O panel on the case.

I think the end result came out very nicely. way cleaner then I thought it would, when I emailed Dwood about 1 month ago to make me a custom bracket.

The lights look blue in real life, not purple like in the pics.
