Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Really any games, intense and non intense, I'll be doing some video editing, graphic designing and streaming.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

Really just need help to build a value pc that will get me at least ~144fps while streaming in most games. Im uprgading from my 2015 macbook pro and I'll probably buy within the next year. Probably going to play with a 165hz or 240hz monitor depending on how much money I have left over, so that in the future if I ever uprgade I won't need to worry about the monitor.
