Help with Ram timings

A week ago I bought a ram '' Juhor ram '' 16gb 3000mhz CL19 (2x8gb) from aliexpress for my new pc, with timings 19-19-19-43 with 1.35v, I don't know much about the timings of the rams and how to lower it. If someone knows how to do it, could you help me? I would  appreciate it so much. What would be the best timings for these ram memories for gaming? Thanks

if you can enable XMP, do that first.

I know how to do it but I still do not have the motherboard, the fact is that I want to lower the timings for better performance and I have no idea.
