First:  If you're replying to someone on your post, make sure you quote them or @ them, so they see the response.

Second:  What's your goal?  Upgrading your motherboard to overclock your memory is a pretty low-margin upgrade.

Your motherboard should support RAM up to 2933, at least.

Is your Motherboard BIOS up to date? Can you post pictures of your XMP setup in the BIOS?

So, XMP is Disabled there.

Secondly, you'll have to go into Advanced Mode to actually get into the real meat and potatoes of the overclocking RAM settings.

I already enabled it yesterday, because after i do benchmark it still asking me to enable XMP, so i disabled it again. If i enable XMP it said 3200mhz because u said my MB do not support overclocking ram up to 3200mhz, i disabled it again. So is it no point for me to use 3200mhz ram?

"should support RAM up to 2933, at least."

2933 > 2400

Will your board with properly with your RAM at 3200 mhz?  Maybe.  You'll have to fool around with the settings and test.

But you'll have to tweak more settings than just 'Enable XMP'

Gamers Nexus has a few videos relating to XMP and settings and RAM Timings and the like, you'll have to do some watching and find out what you need to play with specifically.

10400 will cap out at 2666 on a non Z board because that's Intel spec for that cpu.

Exception is new b560.

I watched some other videos on YT, they said if do overclocking ram it will void the warranty and maybe damage the ram to, is this apply for gpu also? I buy a prebuild pc, when first got it i try play a game, the graphic become choppy so i overclock the gpu and it seems better. I will watch the video u gave me.

It depends on what you're doing.

Running 3200MHz spec RAM at 3200 isn't overclocking the RAM.

As for the GPU, if you play with Afterburner?  You can't hurt the card, as that's all controlled by caps within the GPU BIOS.

So if can get the ram running at 3200mhz will it have effects on MB? I'm usually playing games only not editing. I use MSI afterburner to overclock gpu.
