Gpu usage at -1%

Hi, so I just built my new pc and its working great but since I couldn't get my hands on a 3060, so I got to use my friends old Radeon 560. Recently my computer starts randomly freezing and doesn't let me close anything. When I try to restart it using the windows key, it just refuses to work no matter how many times I press it. When this happens though, I open task manager (to try and close something but that doesn't work either) and I see that my gpu is at -1% usage as you can see in the image. I've been meaning to buy a new graphics card anyway but for the time being, is there any way to fix this?

One guy had this issue aswell and he resolved it by reverting his drivers to the previous version. If that doesn't work, try using DDU as one of your last resorts.

 I just reverted my drivers and I'm scared of using DDU so hopefully this works. Thank you
