Follow up and -

if and only if when you would be playing at 720p (1280 x 720 or 1366 x 768) or 1080p low settings will you need more horsepower from the CPU side. And for that, you will have to go buy the highest end Intel Core i9 5.0+ GHz CPU.

 

Read again - “You will have to own an i9 CPU to cause possibly no bottleneck at 720p or 1080p screen resolution at low settings.” That sounds ridiculous to me.

 

If that's what you truly want, playing at 720p and removing bottleneck by 100% then Ryzen 7 3700X is not for you.
