Question about running different gpu generations

Go to solution Solved by bellabichon,

What do you intend to do with other cards in your system? It should work fine, but all the cards would be functioning independently.

Yo! I have a 3070, and am wondering if I can use older 1070/1060 or 1660/2060 cards in my system as well. Not wanting to spend a whole lot an a new gpu becaues of the high prices, so looking at some 10 series cards, maybe turing. Can I run them in my system no prob along with my 3070? Thanks

No, I still have an 6x2 pcie x2 cable I can plug into my psu. Should be good, and if not maybe a duel sata to pcie? Prolly not the best idea tho.
