keyboard not workin!

hey so i’m having this problem with my keyboard in windows 10.
i was getting some delay on my keyboard but it seemed to not be the keyboard itself as i tested another keyboard. while trying to fix this, i went to device manager and tried updating the drivers in the keyboard. after i did this the keyboard no longer works. it works in the bios menu fine but when i try to use it in actual windows it doesn’t even show up in device manager anymore.
i used the other keyboard to try fix the problem and when i repeated the driver update it did the exact same with the other keyboard.
i’m very confused and have looked every where online and haven’t found any answers.
if anyone has any advice would be appreciated!

have you tried another usb port ?

yes i’ve tried nearly all them.

it’s a new build too only a month old
