CPU temps too high?

Just curious if anyone could help me figure out if i need a new cpu cooler or if I should grab some thermal paste and reapply some first
 

I have a Cooler Master Hyper N520 CPU Cooler

forgot to mention im hitting 89c max some times on cold war and warzone

Nah. That's fine. Both of those are very cpu heavy.

Eh, given the cooler you're using with a modestly OC'd 4770K I'd say you're right on the edge of normal-to-slightly-high. Haswell isn't exactly the greatest for temps.

If you did a video encode you will likely hit 100c fast.

I just went in the bios and set my cpu and case fans to turtbo and now its down 10c

just upgraded to the 1080ti and i swear it did nothing on warzone. only getting 100 fps max and thats rare
