I want to build a Custom desktop PC with 4 motherboard but they all should work as a 1 system   and the 4 motherboard will work like i want to stream a game so the streaming will work on the streaming motherboard but the gaming should be working in gaming motherboard . Any suggestion how will i do this project.  Please help.

i don't think that's gonna work. you would be better off building 1 powerfull system and just run multiple virtual machines for the different usecases.
