So I just had the worst experience ever losing most of my data and wasting a bunch of time from a corrupt windows 7 install which could've been prevented... But my question is I plan on buying some large drives to go into either my pc or into my other network pc which I have setup so I can access all of its files. I want to know if anyone has a good backup program they know of that can backup to network locations for instance a Western Digital My Book Live or another pc that has an entire drive being shared over the network. It doesn't have to be free but free is preferable, I'm not very interested in backing up to the cloud since I use a lot of space.

EDIT: Is WD's SmartWare Pro any good it's like $20

AOMEI Backupper will solve all your problems. It's super user friendly and a recent update allows for scheduling of backups.
