Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I don't need any peripherals, I don't need any storage I already have some for this build.

170 is steep for a cpu that goes for $99 and is 4c/4t. I would def get a 10400/11400. I also would not trust that power supply.

funnily enough itx boards are cheaper so you might want to get an itx case like an h210. Still included some storage in case you only have a hard drive
