Other details i made a list (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3CNhNP) and i would like to know if the parts i chose are compatible with each other and if it will be sufficient for the stated work load. any recommendations and advice is accepted.

it looked okay so far, but i would change the cooler for it Deepcool ASSASSIN III (Amazon.com: Deep Cool Assassin III Luft-CPU-Kühler, 7 Heatpipes, zwei 140 mm Lüfter, 54 mm RAM, 280 W TDP, neue Sinter Heatpipe-Technologie: Computers & Accessories) or go water cooling, you dont need a so expensive Motherboard (also good the Asus Rog Strix B450F Gaming), if you use Photoshop i would double the Ram (32gb) and buy air flow case.
