Currently have a NZXT H1 Case and an MSI Radeon RX 5500 XT GAMING X 8G Radeon RX 5500 XT Graphic Card – 8 GB GDDR6 and two500gb Samsung NAND SSD 860 EVO (all Gifted to me)

I am thinking of AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor on a Gigabyte B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard

G.Skill Ripjaws V 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL19 Memory

Is it worth it to get an M2 to run the OS (Windows 10 Pro 64Bit)

You don't need a AMD Ryzen 7 5800X for that the most you should get is the AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, unless you are doing some hard content creation. Also you should get a modular psu bc the  NZXT H1 is hard to hide extra cables in. You should get an NVMe SSD just to have less cables and less to stuff in the tiny case, but it will boot quicker and be a little snappier overall. Doesn't make a huge difference for gaming.
