But I can't seem to be able to run the game properly.

SSD or HDD? I find this game really love a low response time storage (even with a DRAM SSD i still get massive amount of texture pop-ins issue on medium settings with my 2600 and 1660ti) and also try manually turning on PhysX on nvidia control panel.

need a bit more info.

what is the rest of the system? do you have bios and drivers up to date? do you have ram in slots 2 and 4 and xmp enabled? what cooler do you have?

did you monitor cpu and gpu temperatures and utilisations? noticed anything suspicious when the spikes happen (like the cpu utilisation suddenly jumping up or dropping or temps reaching 85C+)?

Samsung 860 Evo, yes rams are in slots 2 and 4 with xmp enabled. I'm using a noctua NH12-S. I alt tabbed to check cpu utilization doesn't jump. Got the latest b550 e bios update...

I don't have any problems with any other games. Its just out of "control" 😆
