First Build, Will this work

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Will mostly be used for work (Not very demanding) but would like to be able to game. 

Other details: Want to be able to run most games such as Minecraft at 100 fps, Will these parts work and what should I use as a graphics card. Any quiet and minimal RGB pc build recommendations would be appreciated, do not mind a complete overhaul of this build have no idea what I'm doing.

Minecraft is inefficient as can be, even on some very high end cpus it can chug in some areas. Even though your CPU is probably enough, I would get optifine (optifine.net) to increase performance once you build your pc.
 

Also, since you don’t have a video card you need to get an 10400 instead of 10400f, otherwise there will be no display out of your motherboard
