Is a Ryzen 2200g good with the rx 570? I have found a pretty good listing on ebay for 160$ which is honestly lifesaving since as we all know gpus are like a golden ticket in a wonka bar nowadays

I found the Cheap vs. Expensive Gaming!? (https://youtu.be/75L8Hrb49A4) video and I am trying to build the athlete but i wanna switch out the rx 580 in the specs with the rx 570

the rx 570 is a good deal in this current market, but don't build the athelete. that build is very old (almost 2 years old) and the 2200g is not great in 2021. 

What is your budget for everything but a GPU?

The 570 is a generally very good card to pair with a low end CPU like that.

I would say about 500 because I want to buy like a pretty bang for the buck machine and upgrade when i have the financial comfort

at that budget the i5 10400 is probably a better buy, ryzen 5 3600 might be also if you are getting gpu immediately. But yeah, depends on country and prices in country.
