1) AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

2) Gigabyte AMD AM4 X570 AORUS XTREME D4 E-ATX Motherboard

3) Samsung 870 QVO 8 TB SATA 2.5 Inch Internal Solid State Drive

4) Thermaltake Floe Riing RGB 360 TT AIO Water-Cooling CPU Cooler

5) CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 128GB

 

What would be the best PSU and GPU to run with this?

You will want a top tier GPU but they are pretty tough to come by, as are the wattage PSU you will likely need. I wouldn't go anything below 850W 80+ Gold for this set up personally.

id take a look at either one of these.

I would recommend you recommend getting the RTX 3090 along with a 80+ certified 1000W power supply from a reputable brand.

If this is a serious thread then you are wasting money on that Gigabyte motherboard (If you can even get one), and I doubt very much that you need 128GB Ram for the workloads you mention.
