Warzone FPS problems :(

Hello, 

I am starting to lose hope in this game. For some reason my FPS is 80-100 in warzone 1440p. I used to get 100-130 with my i9900k and 2080ti. I paid someone on Fiverr to fix the issue he fixed it but then the next day the issue is happening again. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Ask him to teach you how he fixed that.
