Brand New Ryzen PC Slowdowns

Hello,

 

i recently built a pc with

AMD Ryzen 3600x

MSI B550-A PRO

16GB Corsair ram 3200mhz (Compatible)

RTX 2080

All drivers / chipset updated

most recent version of windows 10 installed

bios at latest version

 

and sometimes it randomly has mega slowdowns

 

i cant get to the bottom of it but would be incredibly greatful if someone can help me!

what kind of slowdowns ? be more specific pls, different slowdowns could direct the problem to different areas

It's not really very specific, the mouse stays fine but everything else in windows takes far longer than usual and everything takes ages to load

 

it's on an M.2 SSD which seems to work fine all the time
