Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz, 2712 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

Installed Physical Memory (RAM)    16.0 GB

2x    Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB
 

 

 

 

This was the part list i made but i think im going to have to go pre built because of the GPU situation. I want a 5900x but i don't know if that's over kill.
