I want to stick to my budget as much as possible because i need to buy my peripherals (mouse/keyboard/monitor). The GPU is very hard to hold on to mainly because it is so pricey that a RX570 8gb can range from $500 USD here in Philippines. Any feedback or input is very much appreciated guys. Thanks!

go with a used quadro card on ebay like a m2000 or m4000 or if you have extra money go quadro P, used to do autocad back in the day and it really is night and day when it comes to fluent movements in the program, and rendering takes far less
