Heatsink PC ?

Hey guys, I'm looking for something like NSG s0 mentioned in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9LauL5JxYis 

A completely passively cooled PC with an option to install fans, I thought about building one myself with 700mm heatpipes and a bunch of aluminium plates but im not sure if that would work out well since I can't calculate the temperatures accurately.

Do you guys have any suggestions ?

Why would you do this though? Maybe as a fun side project, but I assume not as your main pc I assume.

I guess you dont like noise, build a very quiet pc instead using a good sound proof case
