Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rainbow Six Siege, CS:GO, Fortnite, Rocket League, GTA V, and Overwatch

Other details Thinking of a GTX1660 Super, assuming the price goes down in the future, Ryzen 5 3600, and a B450 Tomahawk Max. Any other recommendations on my current setup or any other components I should have for Power Supplies, etc., would be much appreciated

My friend has specs that are similar, would recommend it if u can get good prices on it. Intel equivalent: i5-11400, some b560 board, and a 1660 super.
