New pc recommendation

Budget (including currency): 1000 € / 4400 Romanian lei(also prices in general here in Romania are wack so don't worry about the scalper tax because those are normal here)

Country: Romania

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mainly VR for games like boneworks/half life alyx and also sometimes photo editing 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  Have all the peripherals,I'm upgrading from my i7 7700 and gtx 1060 with 2 hard drives and 16 GB of ram so if my i7 is good enough than no need to include it in the budget,the refresh rate or FPS at least 60 because if not I'm going to likely puke in vr and 1080p is good for me.Thanks in advanced,this is my first custom made pc soon let's see if I can get some ideas

it's mainly just gpus, so they can keep their 1060 and upgrade everything else

Yea I edited it just now realised that someone might say that all let me say it again "also prices in general here in Romania are wack so don't worry about the scalper tax because those are normal here"

Pai sursa e cred 750  deci nu cred că îmi trb upgrade,pot sa iau un noctua ca și coler că e destul de ieftin iar nu știu eu sincer unde poți găsi un 3060 la 1600 de lei,maxim olx poate

To be honest I'm surprised a rtx 3060 for about 400€ is a thing and I can actually buy it when it's in stock XD
