RX 5500 XT only displays a black screen…

I’m trying to install an Asus RX 5500 XT 8GB, but my monitor only shows a black screen. I’ve tried everything that could think of, but no luck so far :(

 

The monitor definitely picks up the GPU as it doesn’t show ‘no signal’. I’ve updated the BIOS and I’m running the latest version of Win 10.

 

The power cables are plugged in properly. Both the white LED and RGB light on the GPU turn on when the system is powered on, but the GPU’s fans don’t spin up.

 

I’ve plugged another monitor into the motherboard itself, but I don’t see the GPU in Device Manager. I can’t install the driver, because it doesn’t pick up the GPU.

 

Any help or assistance would be appreciated!
