about a month ago my pc randomly broke it was working fine one second and the next it wasn't. I smelt burnt electronics in my room and thought this is probably something blown maybe on the motherboard or psu. so i sent the motherboard back to the retailer they checked it said everything was fine and sent it back. I tested my RAM, PSU and GPU in my friends computer, everything worked so i thought it must be a CPU problem sent the cpu back with warranty got a new cpu shipped to me from amd put it into my system and the problem isn't fixed.

The PC won't power on the max amount of activity that comes from it is a slight turn on the cpu and gpu fans and thats it, no lights nothing

specs are:

ryzen 3600 (with amd prism rgb cooler)

amd steel legend b450M micro atx motherboard

gtx 1650

cooler master 550W

16 gb ram

Have you tried building it outside the case, you seem to have tested everything, and something small like the power button can cause the problem, you could just unplug and try to turn it on with a screwdriver.
