Issue with Ethernet

I have a Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller as my the Ethernet that is integrated into by Motherboard. So I was using my computer then my Ethernet cut out so I checked the cable on a different system and that worked. So I uninstalled the drivers and re installed them using the auto installer and that did not work! What should I do?

so you have no drivers installed? just restart windows. usually that will install the drivers automatically

I do! But they don’t work
