Error 41

I've been having this issue for about a month now on a brand new rig. 

 

AMD RYZEN 9 3900X 12-Core 3.8 GHz

ASUS AM4 TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi)

G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB)  x2

Rosewill - BRONZE Series - 1000-Watt Active PFC Power Supply

EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 FTW3 ULTRA 

 

Basically everything runs smoothly except when i play something on chrome and game at the same time. 

This rig runs Cyberpunk with the most extreme settings possible without any issues

 

but if i play The Binding of Isaac with a YouTube video on my second monitor without fail after 15-20 minutes, sometimes even instantaneously i will get a crash. 

No BSOD

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

My PC then restarts and boots back on again,

 

I've tested all my ram bar one at a time, clean windows install, mem test shows no issue, i have stressed tested my GPU to the fullest. No crash what so ever. 

My temp never go over the average, 

On paper everything is the way it should be. 

I have had the same crash with Spotify app running + gaming. 

I am extremely confused about all this so any input would be greatly appreciated
