so I think my fps is capped for some reason. I have a RTX 3060 and and when I check the performance tap in the Xbox game bar it say 70 fps while playing Minecraft and Ark survival. Warzone's in game tracker says its running at round 130fps. any clue why this is?

also I'm using a 144hz monitor and refresh rate is set to 144hz in the display settings.

Disable V-sync in games if you have it enabled.

That didn't work...

Make sure V-sync is disabled in Nvidia control panel too. If you have any resolution sync or things like double or triple buffering enabled in game that can lock the FPS too. It could also just be an issue with Xbox game bar(which is a crappy app that can cause performance issues btw). Are the games that have the fps lock ones that you are getting through xbox game pass or purchased and play through the xbox launcher?
