When i check it says that the name is gl10cs.

It sounds like you have a prebuilt, meaning that your motherboard has a BIOS that locks out RAM overclocking.

There's nothing you can do in this case, except getting a new motherboard that supports your current hardware (and possibly power supply if ASUS used a proprietary one).

i have baught the kingston KHX3200C16D4/8GX DDR4  (2x16)

but as i found out.. my pc (rog gl10cs) wont allow me to do ANYTHING.

the rams set speed is now 2400 and im not allowed to OC because of my stupid motherboard.

is there another way to oc ram?

What's the motherboard?

To my knowledge other than selecting an xmp profile you can't, but I believe your using a b360 chipset motherboard which doesn't allow for memory overclocking, so I think your only option is to purchase a new motherboard that does support memory overclocking, which I believe is either a z390 or z370 chipset, they are quite expensive though but should be relatively cheap not that new chipsets have arrived
