Hi, so here's the story, I recently bought a graphics card privately on a forum (AVF) and the card developed a fault after 2 day of working fatasticly, the card was a MSI GTX 670 Twin FROZR IV and I really loved it, so after trying just about everything to get the card working, from bios updates to removing components and even buying a new psu, both myself and the seller have agreed to RMA the card to SCAN Computers here in the UK. So my problem is this, the RMA process takes around 28 days and im a pretty impatient guy. The seller has offered me my money back once SCAN have the card but I only paid £135 including delivery for it and I highly doubt im going to be able to find anything else with that much power for the money. So at this point im looking for opinions and what people think i should do. Thanks for any help you may be able to give.

This may seem ignorant, but I think you should just wait it out. Depending what CPU you have you could play indie games or less demanding games until you get it back.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

i see your point with the indy games/low spec games but my board has no onboard graphics and ive alredy sold the card i had before i bought the new one, and i dont think i could be bothered with the hassle of getting a temp card.

as for the r9 260x, its far too much of a compromise on performance, in fact its probably has less power than my previous card (HD 6870) but dont quote me on that.
