C Drive Need Help

Hi guy i found a old pc at my yard and its Work but there some stuf i dont need

  do you Guys know any way i can emty it withat deleting my OS

        I JUST TO DELETE EVERY THING sep MY OS

So you deleted files you didn't need, did you empty the recycle bin? For programs removal, did you uninstall them via Add/Remove Programs?

I am assuming this is what you mean?

Add/remove programs, unistall everything i guess unless theres a factory reset option in the bios

Why not do a clean install of the operating system? Or a different one.

John, C:\Program Files, C:\Program Files (x86) <- is x64 OS, C:\Users, NVIDIA and AMD should not be deleted. If you have an AMD Catalyst driver installed (IF you have an AMD chipset or Graphics Card) and NVIDIA if you have an NVIDIA display driver, card etc. There may be a lot of other files in the root of the C:\ drive IF you have hidden files showing, as well as some other driver files. If you don't know what is what in the C drive don't touch anything. As Godlygamer23 suggested, why don't you perform a complete clean installation of Windows.
