R5 3600 overclocking

Hello. I am new to overclocking and I want ask if my results are ok and safe for everyday use. So I have ryzen 5 3600 overclocked to 4,5ghz all cores at 1,256v according to ryzen master and hw info. I tested it with aida64 stability test for 2 hours and it was all stable. Is it ok ? Can I use my cpu with this voltage every day ? Also I am using gigabyte b450 gaming x motherboard with this cpu.
