GPU Help PLEASE

I just ordered the parts for my new rig I'm building in a few days here are the specs: 

 

AsRock Z490 Steel Legend MOBO

I9-10850K

Fractal Design S36 AIO 

2xSamsung 980 NVME 500GB in Raid-0

2x2.5 inch Samsung 860 EVO

500GB in raid 5

2x3.5 HDD'S 2TB in Raid-10 mass storage

Phanteks Enthoos 2 full Tower 

NZXT 850watt fully modular PSU 

GSkill TridentZ 32GB 3200 RGB 

I was wondering if y'all might be able to help me get an GPU picked out. I'm on a fixed income so I can't afford much so be kind. Of course I would love a 3 series card but y'all know what's going on with that. I just need something that will allow me to play at a 4K resolution whatever kind of movie or YouTube videos because I will be using my Samsung 65inch TV as my monitor. This is what I would like, get a card that can do what I stated at a minimal cost to get my system up and running until I can save up and to let the market calm down on pricing and stock and then get a really good card.

Please feel free to offer your opinion as I'm ears wide open. 

Also just so you know. The last system I had was an LGA775 Q6600 4GB ram ASUS P5QE MOBO, 4 500gb HDD's in Raid-0 HD Radeon5770 1gb ram. So needless to say I'm definitely do for an upgrade LMAO. So please anything y'all can share that would help me I would greatly appreciate it more than you know. Also thank you ahead of time for any and all responses.

4K Videos depend on your internet speed rather than the GPU. (If i understood that sentence correctly)

As for the GPU, you need to either wait for the stock to free up or check out the used market. As for the used market, your best bets would be the 1050Ti, 1060, RX 570, RX 5500xt or RX 580 but all of those are also still difficult to find on there. You need alot of patience these days when it comes to components and this has been unfortunately going on for a long time.

Your best bet is just using the integrated GPU for the time being and wait out the graphics card craziness, though that might be a while. The sad part is that even 10-series Nvidia cards cost almost as much as the MSRP on the 30-series right now. You'd be better off trying to snag a 30-series when a retail drop hits than wasting your money on outdated hardware.

Ok I appreciate it all of you. Yeah I meant to ask about the integrated earlier but I forgot, my bad. That was my original plan use onboard video and save up and wait it out on anyone getting stock of the 30 series. I've never in my life seen things as crazy as they are right now for PC parts. It's gonna feel really weird building a rig and not have a GPU.

Oh and I have 1GB internet, I can watch 4K in a few apps and never had an issue. Thanks for bringing that up it might help someone in the future.
