Trouble after upgrading

I had an Intel based pc with Asus ROG Strix z370-f, i7 8700K and Asus GeForce GTX 1080Ti ROG. 

 

This is now replaced with an Ryzen 5900X, ROG Strix B550-E and reuse of the GPU. 

 

But when i turn it on now it will post, put I can’t go past the screen where you are supposed to hit del or F12, see included picture. On the motherboard the error “02” is displayed. 
 

This is what I’ve tried so far. Moving the GPU to another slot, trying a different monitor, testet that the keyboard is working on a different computer, but nothing will let me enter Bios or even boot the machine. 

So any help would be nice.
