computer blue screening under no load

[RTX 3070 I7 11800h]

Hey, I have a rtx 2070 max q and a dell g5. (Im running throttle stop) And I was just talking to my friend on skype (wasnt playing a game) and it randomly glitched down with rainbow fringing and blue screened. took about 7 seconds to do though on and off glitching. how do I fix this

what code did it give you on the blue screen? Did it happen more than once, or just the single time? If a single time, you can likely chalk it up to randomness. if it continues, then its problematic and need more info than what color the screen goes.

it goes blue and says your computer ran into a problem. But I dont remember the code

was it a one time occurrence or multiple?

It happened once when I had low battery and I was on charge when I started rendering a video

mmmk, Just for testing purposes, try doing it without Throttlestop running.

ill give it ago ill let throttle stop not do its work (By the way I kinda need it cause over 3.5 ghz it overheats a lil bit)

now I havent got low battery and im hooked up to my setup.

its rendering just fine now even without a charger
