Blender Crashing

Hi,

 

I am having trouble with Blender constantly crashing. (Don't know if this is in the correct forum)

 

Whenever I attempt to add an 'Environment Node' or install an add in. Blender just crashes. Have been looking into this issue for hours, but have not come up with a solution. Just before the crash, the GPU reaches 100% in task manager, don't understand why this has started happening. My PC should be able to cope with this. Does anyone have any suggestions? The computer runs all other software perfectly; SolidWorks, C4D ect. Thanks

 

Specs:

 

Intel i9:9900k, Nvidia RTX 2070 Super, 32gb Ram
