Random PC restarts

Hello,

I've been having problems lately with my PC randomly restarting. I know for a fact that the temps are fine because my CPU never goes past 84 degrees C and the GPU never goes above 56 degrees C. My Windows 10 is up-to-date. I'm honestly not sure what could be causing these restarts and its a little concerning how it might be treating my parts. In case it helps, here are my components:

Ryzen 5700x

1030 GT 2 gb

Asus TUF x570 PRO (WIFI)

2 x 8 gb G.Skill NEO Z
