Frame Drops

I’m running a 3070 with a 9600k and my average frame rate is around 245 while capped at 250 playing rocket league. Not a big issue but for fractions of a second the FPS will drop down to the low 100s and cause stuttering. I have tried reseating and ddu but I can fix it. Any ideas on what to try?
