PC won't show up.

This happened before when I updated my BIOS to get faster RAM speed. The fix was resetting the Motherboard by putting the battery out. This time I accidentally turned off the powerboard while my PC was sleeping and after attempting to boot nothing shows up. The monitor picks up nothing and my keybaord and mouse don't show up. I really really really don't want to reset the motherboard again but I will if I have no other choice. I'll be looking into getting a much better one this time because I'm fed up with this one. I tried turning it off and back on multiple times but nothing is picked up. The RGB and fans are working but thats it.

Well try that first, really. But have you try reattaching the ram/GPU?

Yeah I caved in and reset the BIOS. I'll just spend some time setting it up again.
