The past few days, every time I start my PC, it fails to power up the first time, automatically restarts, resets the BIOS settings and then boots no problem. But my Ram speed goes from 3200 to ~2100 and my fan curves reset. So does the System Clock. I then have to manually readjust those and after that, everything works, until a new boot, that is.

Anybody got any idea why this happens?

Possibly bad CMOS battery/contacts. Try to wipe the small metal plate underneath the CMOS battery, polish it clean. Even better, do you got any CR2032 batteries laying around?
