No vdg connector

Hi i just got a new case named aqirys canopus and it has a vdg cable and on my motherboard which is b365m pro-vh i dont have a connector named vdg, i dont really care about that cause the fans work but i dont like that the fans are at max speed and i feel the vibrations when i play, any way to set the fans speed at lower speed?
