Hello I was wondering if anyone know a editing software where I can make this spinning 3d effect like in this video

after effects. you just copy and paste the emojy many times and move it back every time you create a new copy. finally you pre-compose everything and make the comp rotate. make sure that everything is in a 3D layer tho
