Warzone is unplayable

Sorry, first time posting on here but reddit was no help. Not sure this is the right place, but oh well. Anyways my Warzone is unplayable. My gpu time is like 2000 ms and latency flys up to 1000 and fps is like 1-5.  Every thing is fine until i load into a game. my gpu will ramp up pre game lobby then go silent. All other games run perfectly fine have updated all drivers, bios and windows. temps are good and not throttling. I tried turing my settings down and even trying direct x 11 still no difference. Nvidia control panel shows that modern warfare is using my gpu and not cpu. have tired reinstalling as well.  any suggestions?

no i have a lot of stuff i don’t want to lose or re download but if i get no other suggestions i could try that
