I need help, i had a pipe freeze in my attic right above my home office and flood my house.  I waited 2 weeks for computer to dry out, at first wouldn't turn on at all, not a single light.  I switched power supplies and got it to post with integrated graphics into bios.  CPU was hitting 97 degrees almost immediately, so i shut down and applied new thermal paste to corsair H100i and reinstalled.  I have no lights on CPU block, or any fans, no fans turn on, GPU won't work only lights are on RAM and little code read out on MOBO. Will run for 3 or 4 minutes before it throttles and shuts down.  Are motherboard, Power Supply, GPU and AiO completely fried or can any of it be saved? Are my hard drives, SSD's, M.2's ok?  Asrock Z97 Extreme6, i5 4690K, Corsair RM1000i, Gigabyte GTX 970 Windforce OC, Corsair H100i.

Sounds like the pump in the AIO broke.

If no fans plugged into the mobo spin, then the board is toast

Your drives *might* be ok, but without another system to test with, it's unknown.

Do you think the CPU is ok? Like i said i got it to post, but don't have enough time to look through the bios or test it before it shuts down.  I thought about building a HTPC with it as Micro Center has the i7 10700k on sale for $249.99 right now with a $20 discount if i buy a Mobo with it to use for my new gaming pc.

Was the system powered on when it got hit with water?

CPUs are sturdy things, but a short will kill them.

Yes, we lost power during a snow storm and when i can home a couple days later from my parents house the power was back on, the power supply was shooting sparks and water was pouring through the top of the case and the bottom dust filters were full of wet attic insulation.
