Recent audio issues

Today is the first time I have ever had this problem. I moved my computer and peripheral to another room, set it up, and bam, no audio output or input. I have a gaming headset with a split jack for headphone and mic. On Realtek HD Audio Manager when I have nothing plugged in it says there is something plugged in. When I plug in both my jacks for one it lets me select the correct option (though it doesn't actually work), then for the other one the only options are line in and center/subwoofer. I have an MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX, I have restarted multiple times, reinstalled drivers multiple times, and finally I completely reset my computer and it's still hasn't changed. Any advice would be helpful.
