970 evo cache and DRAM

I have a 500Gb 970 EVO in my pc (along with a 2TB hard drive), how much DRAM and SLC cache does it have? And is there SLC cache and/or DRAM in a 980?

 

What is SLC cache and SSD DRAM used for? and why are m.2 dramless ssds being bottlenecked if they have SLC cache?
