How to create a Karaoke set up at home?

So I want to create a Karaoke set up at home for my friends and I. 
 

I want to use my existing laptop or tablet, tv, and sound system for this. I would need to buy wireless microphones to complete this set up. (Recommendations would be appreciated)
 

What software would be recommended that has a fairly large library and whats the best way to put this all together. 
 

set up would be

Wireless mics > pc > tv > surround sound via arc
