, is there no holes or openings? not even a honeycomb shaped grid?

yes, no real room for airflow and no cutouts. Just a solid front pannel. There are mesh cases that can be found in this pricepoint, so i see no reason too get this

Budget (including currency): hopefully <50 but if needed <60

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Pretty much everything, but minecraft with high settings, lots of browsing and streaming, recording, and zoom (zoom is terrible on my current device. 2009 stuff honestly)

Other details I plan to pair a RX 470 with a ryzen 5 3600 and get the wraith spire cooler separately if needed. (i believe it's cheaper to get the 3600 and get the cooler instead of getting the 3600x.

I found a MSI TOMAHAWK MAX II motherboard, which seems to have the compatibility I'm looking for.

I'm getting TEAMGROUP 16gb 8gb x 2 3200MHz C16 RAM and thats about all I have right now.

I do not want to get anything rgb or at least disable it. I'm looking for a pc case.

Thanks!
-someone who isn't experienced and is completely new to this.

ps: if someone can post a list of everything a pc needs, that would be great!

I'm looking to compile a list of everything the build could have in case prices fall eventually.
